Inside Out Stuffed Green Peppers Recipe



Ingredients:

1lb ground chuck 
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 large green pepper diced (or more)
1 small onion diced
1 coup of long grain rice
2 tsp of worsteicher sauce 
Salt
Pepper
Shredded Cheese ( I use Mexican blend)

1. Turn the over to 350
2. Brown the meat.
3. Put everything together in one bowl. 
4. Get a rectangular oven safe dish that has a cover and put it in for 1 hour.
5. I usually just have everyone out their own cheese on if they want it. 
6. Enjoy!

This is a BIG hit in our house. Even with my almost 2 year old! :-)
