Update for FitBit

FitBit has recently added a new tab called Challenges. You can pick from 3: daily showdown, workweek hustle or weekend warrior. You can see how many steps per day your friends get instead of just cumulative! :-) it's a great motivation tool to get you moving so you're on top! 

I am very much obsessed with FitBit.

And having friends that like it as much as me helps a bunch.

I am OBSESSED with my FitBit. I absolutely love that you can track: steps, calories, weight, tracks sleep, alarms, food, water intake, miles. One of the features that keeps me going the most is that you can see how well your friends and family are doing too. You can cheer them, taunt them, and message them! FitBit also sends you a weekly report to tell you how you are doing and in the app you can see charts! On the FitBit on your wrist it tells you how many steps by lights, each light is 20% of your goal, and when you hit your goal is vibrates and flashes. One of the cooler features is that it tracks your sleep and tells your when you are restless and awake. I always thought I was a terrible sleeper, but I actually get more solid sleep than I thought. More like almost 8 hours a day!

I was given the Fit and Full Shakes and the Next Step Shaker by Influenster for testing purposes. The Swiss Chocolate Fit N Full Protein Shake is wonderful. Usually I mix my protein shakes with milk, but as a test I did it with water and it still tasted nice and chocolatey and didn't really need the added milk at all. Make sure though that you really shake it up good with the jaxx so there aren't any clumps in it otherwise you definitely will notice. It does not leave a weird after taste at all. The shaker is really very easy to clean up and it is also dishwasher safe which is always a plus for me! It is also 20 oz and it has a nice carrying handle.Thank You very much for giving me the opportunity to try this great product. I look forward to trying the other flavors in the days ahead!

These blueberry almonds are amazing. I work at a grocery store and we started carrying them last summer. I've tried all the flavored pretty much that they have out available. My favorite ones are these flavor and the mocha coffee flavored ones. You won't want to put the bag down, trust me!

I look forward to reviewing the Aqua Spa Lavender and Chamomile Body Creme, Profoot Pedi Rock, the Vitamin Shoppe Next Step Fit N Full Protein Shake, and Profoot Triad Orthodic.

I haven't gotten to try anything else in the VoxBox yet from Influenster. Tomorrow I will be trying the  Vitamin Shoppe Next Step Fit N Full Protein Shake: Swiss Chocolate and use the Next Step Shaker with mixer inside. Looks to be very good morning.More blogging to come!
