Breakfast Shake

Kellogg's Special K Breakfast Shake:
Red Berries

This breakfast drink had 10 g of protein, 5 g of fiber and 29 g of carbs in it to get you going in the morning. It would be equal to 2 carbs if you are counting your carbs. 

I was NOT impressed with this in the slightest. This is not something that I would even consider drinking on a regular basis. One good thing about it is if you are on the go and you need something quick this would definitely be that. In my opinion it just isn't something that I will purchase again.

Maybe if i tried another flavor my vote may be swayed but as of right now my recommendation stays the same.

NOT RECOMMENDED : ( Very disappointed.
