The Chocolate Nut Crunch is proven to be Gluten Free but it is made in a facility that also handles pretzels on the same equipment. They do take special care to clean all the equipment thoroughly between products, and independent laboratory analysis has shown that it does not contain gluten, but they like to inform consumers that it is possible for trace amounts of gluten to be present.
My favorite is the Almond Pecan Crunch. It is so delicious and I can never stop eating it once I start. It has 9 carbs in 1oz/about 5 clusters and 5 g of protein. I believe it is only 1/2 a point of carbs on the carb scale. Sweet and salty snack all in one! Worth the time to find it in your area.
